I left my computer for a while, came back and I was logged out. Whats happend?

For security reasons the site has an automated timout function, you will need to log back in.

The popups dont work, how can I view them?

You might have a popup blocker enabled on your browser, please disable it to view to pop ups.

Some of the pictures and flash took a long time to download, is this normal?

The site is generally optimised for broadband users for the flash files. If some of the pages are taking longer than expected to load, it may be because you have a dial up connection.
