Great
Grapes of the World
A fascinating basic level course, for those with little prior knowledge, to introduce you to the world of wine. In
this course you will study the characteristics of the major grape
varieties and gain an understanding of the main styles of wines
produced from them. The course consists of the following modules.

This module includes lessons on major black grape
varieties of the World. Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay Grenache, Merlot,
Nebbiolo, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Syrah, and Tempranillo. |
| White Grapes |
This module includes lessons on major white grape
varieties of the World. Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Gewurztraminer,
Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Semilion. |

| Tests (Optional) |
Answer all questions (even if you are unsure of
the correct answers - tests are not marked negatively) |
